Thread strictly prohibits members of the Thread community from holding dual volunteer/employee roles within Thread, as it can create a conflict of interest. Volunteers of Thread are not permitted to also work as employees of Thread while engaged in an active volunteer role, or in any other additional role that could present a conflict of interest. Dual volunteer roles such as Family Member volunteer and Resource Team volunteer are permissible.
