Young people who are not enrolled in Thread cannot attend Thread-sponsored events and programming unless a Community Manager or Program Manager has approved their attendance in advance. Siblings of Thread young people may only participate IF their parent/guardian signs a separate waiver for the sibling.
Volunteers should not give rides or provide transportation to non-Thread young people. If a volunteer agrees to give rides to young people outside of Thread, please note that Thread will not be liable and the volunteer as an individual will assume any risks involved.
