  1. What type of credit card is it?
  2. How much do you need to pay by when?
  3. What is the consequence if you don’t meet that deadline?
  4. Who is communicating with them about deadlines and consequences?

Get to the Root:

  1. What caused you to fall behind in payments?
  2. Did your income or expenses change this month?
