Ask Coaching Questions

Seek Clarity:

  1. What products are you struggling to access?
  2. By when do you need these products?
  3. Is this an urgent need for you?

Get to the Root:

  1. Is this the first time you’ve struggled to access these items?
  2. Do you want any support with budgeting?

Ask About Options:

  1. How much do you think you could afford to put towards these items right now?
  2. Who have you asked for help?
  3. What have you tried so far?
  4. Have you been in this situation before? If so, how did you handle it?
  5. Do you know anyone who has been in this situation before? If so, how did you handle it?
  6. Do you have any friends or family who could lend you money?
