Our app has been created with an agile process that requires everyone to report bugs as they experience them - please give us some feedback as you find challenges so we can address them!
FIRST: If you're having trouble downloading the app/logging in, logging a touchpoint, or submitting an expense reimbursement, please review our resources on how to take those steps here in the App FAQ!
If you try the steps in our guides and you're still stuck, or you encounter a different issue, please send an email to support@thread.org.
IMPORTANT! The more details you can provide in your email, the better able we are to help you and fix the error!
Please include:
- Which version of the app are you using - iPhone, Android, or browser/web version?
- If you're using the iPhone or Android version, what device are you using specifically? (for example, iPhone 14)
- Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible
- Screenshots are super helpful!
